The Practice has limited wheelchair access via the rear of the building. There is a lift to all surgeries but we may need to help you to transfer to a small wheelchair. Please contact us before your appointment so that we can have arrangements in place.
For emergencies arising during practice hours, please telephone 020 7580 2551/1828 . We will try to see you on the same day and offer advice or treatment as appropriate.
Outside surgery hours please call us and leave a detailed message, including your telephone number. Messages are checked regularly by one of our experienced team who will contact you to assist at the start of the next working day. Our telephone message will also have contact details for the out of hours emergency service.
If you have to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible, so we can offer the time to another patient. We may make a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.

In line with best practice and subsequent instructions from the Chief Dental Officer for England we had no option but to close our practice on Thursday 19th March. Unfortunately we are currently expressly forbidden to do any treatment of any kind. It has been announced that we must wait for Emergency dental centres to be established. In the meantime we will triage patients over the telephone and have contact details on our answering machine.
We are thankful for your understanding. Naturally we will be seeing patients for routine dental dentistry once we able to do so.
